- Club Gift Certificates can be mailed via postal
service or emailed directly to the gift recipient. Or it can be
sent to you (your choice).

- Club
Gift Certificates must be activated within one year from the date of
purchase. Once activated, the recipient will enjoy their full
year's membership. If for any reason the recipient does not want
or use the Certificate, it can be transferred back to you so that you
may give it to someone else; or apply it toward your own
membership. Should this occur, please notify susan@puddlesofpaint.com so that the appropriate steps can be taken to transfer the voucher information.

- Club Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but
can be upgraded to a higher Membership Club. For instance, should
you purchase a Pattern Packet Club Gift Certificate for $60 and the
recipient decides they would rather have the Christmas Club for $90,
they (or you) can pay the difference to upgrade the membership using
the same voucher. This MUST be done at the time of membership
activation or before.

- If the gift recipient cannot open the ePacket files for any reason,
a paper copy of each ePacket will be mailed to their physical address.
This only applies to Club Gift Certificates since the recipient might
not *know* they are receiving this gift and cannot run a test document first.
